NAS Hermès is the central case management platform of CFP02, born from a need to modernize processes that were previously handled through scattered Excel files. Built from scratch, it became the daily tool of the entire teaching team — trainers, CIPs and psychologists — as part of the company's digital transformation. It covers the full journey of a beneficiary, from entry into the structure to the delivery of their competency certificate.
